Goods and services are becoming more interactive, interconnected and integrated all the time. But users still want - perhaps more than ever - a seamless experience. Users want things to just work. I am a designer of complex, interconnected systems and products that work.
I have extensive experience in systems-oriented electrical engineering combined with a Master's degree in Industrial Design, giving me the ability to envision how things should work from the user's point of view while fully understanding the hidden technical complexities of how it actually happens. I understand how each link in the chain affects the final outcome, and I can adjust the design parameters of each so that the desired outcome is achieved as efficiently as possible.
Like a cobbler's shoeless child, my website had been severely lacking in design for too long. I have finally built myself a proper one. To borrow a concept from IDEO, I am iterating in-market, so feedback is most welcome.
